Mr. Yogesh Chadha is a veteran in the finance Industry and an ex- banker with experience of about 35 years in banking and financial services industry segment globally. He brings on a very deep ingress of solid relationships across industries. His rich experience is invaluable to the Firm’s confidence building in clients and steady growth.

Currently, Mr. Chadha serves on the board of the following companies of global repute-

  • Mirae Asset Management (Independent Director – Indian Board). Mirae is a US$ 400 bn AUM asset management company headquartered South Korea.
  • Newdea, a company based out of U.S.A (Independent Director)
  • Ellington Capital Limited (Member- Investment Committee). Ellington is a USD 500 Mn fund based out of UAE.

Previously, he has served leadership positions at HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Development Credit Bank and Riyadh Investment Bank and Emerging Markets Group at CXO level.

Mr. Chadha holds a degree in B.COM (HONS.) and is a chartered accountant professional from ICAI. Mr. Chadha has experience of handling large ticket size capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions both India & globally.
