Mr. Trivedi is a Senior Partner with the Firm. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Trivedi’s practice focuses on domestic and international dispute resolution including arbitration, trust & estates, real estate & construction and infrastructure. He handles both contentions and non-contentious matters and has represented domestic and international clients across sectors.
Mr. Trivedi’s practice includes advising on shareholders disputes, infrastructure and construction industry clients, heavy duty equipment manufacturers, real estate clients, public and charitable trusts and NBFC players on strategy and law.
With experience spanning over several decades, Mr. Trivedi through his diverse practice has gained invaluable experience in banking and finance laws, constitutional law, general trade and commercial laws, real estate laws, construction and tender disputes, testamentary, trust and estate disputes, technology, media & entertainment laws and laws relating to energy, infrastructure, mining as well as arbitrations.
He has appeared at every level of the Indian judicial system, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, various District Courts.
