Mr. Sharma is a Senior Partner with the Firm’s Litigation, Arbitration & Alternate Dispute Resolution practice. He has experience of almost 40 years. Mr. Sharma is an expert in trial work and is known for his cross-examination of witnesses and his skills as a trial lawyer. He regularly appears in the High Courts, District & Sessions Courts, Trial Courts, Tribunals and Commissions.
He specializes in pre and post-dispute resolution strategies and has handled several high-stake matters before courts and tribunals across India. Mr. Sharma has represented several renowned corporate houses across sectors, in respect of their civil and criminal disputes and arbitration matters.
Mr. Sharma has also been involved in several significant business crime investigations and prosecutions brought by the Indian Authorities over the last several years. He specializes in in providing discrete, prompt and clear advise on all issues arising out of commercial frauds, money laundering, company investigations and corruption. As a part of his investigations and white-collar crimes practice, he investigates whistle blower complaints of diverse nature, from sexual harassment and bribery to stealth of confidential proprietary information by employees.
